“Since August first, they are not allowing us to ride the rickshaws any more…” he said, as he rode through the road to my place. I was sitting at the back of his man-powered rickshaw, listening to his stories.. Yes, those rickshaws are a bit like the ones at the West End. They are not for tourists tho, but like a cheap taxi for local residents.
